ONE welcomes Nigeria government’s commitments on combatting corruption

Mwambu Wanendeya, Africa Executive Director at ONE said:

“We warmly welcome the indication that President Buhari next week may commit to joining the Open Government Partnership including open contracting, committing to fully public registers of the beneficial ownership of companies and leading on tracking down and recovering stolen assets. Great commitments now need great implementation. ONE and our partners are ready to keep up the pressure.”
