Paul is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The ONE Campaign, where he advises the organization and its boards, leads the legal and compliance functions, and helps shape operational models and strategy.
Earlier in his career, Paul held roles in private practice, in‑house, and international policy environments, including at Shearman & Sterling, Herbert Smith Freehills, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Baker McKenzie. He also founded and led a premium UK drinks brand with international distribution, giving him hands‑on commercial and operational leadership experience. Paul’s background includes multijurisdictional legal work and pro bono support for NGOs on climate, refugee rights, and economic development. A practising solicitor with an MA in International Relations from the Central European University, he brings a global perspective shaped by professional experience across EMEA, East Asia, and the United States.
Paul also serves on the board of Refugee Legal Support, a UK charity, and is a member of the Executive Committee of the International NGO Lawyers group. In his spare time, he is passionate about nature, hiking, and wildlife photography.
