ONE’s Global Activists are a network of passionate advocates that bring our campaigns to life around the world and engage their local decisionmakers to deliver key advocacy wins.
ONE is supported by dedicated volunteer advocates across Africa, North America, and Europe who tirelessly fight for the investments needed to create economic opportunities and healthier lives in Africa. These passionate individuals serve as volunteer leaders for ONE within their communities and beyond. If you are ready to step up, we will find the right role for you, and you can become part of this impactful program and engage in a diverse range of creative and impactful actions to support our campaigns.
ONE Activists in the US
As a US ONE Advocate, you’ll get the best training and resources and join a global network of volunteers working to achieve a big impact. Over more than 20 years, ONE Advocates in the US have mobilized their communities, and taken critical actions that have successfully pushed lawmakers to enact impactful policies and fund lifesaving programs.

Meet our Activists
Omotola, Oregon
Omotola first became a ONE advocate as an international student from Nigeria in 2022. Now, she continues her advocacy journey on the west coast while she attends graduate school.
Miranda, New York
Miranda has been a ONE advocate since she was in high school and has carried her advocacy from Colorado to New York. As a campus leader, Miranda has represented ONE at major events like the UN General Assembly and the Global Fund replenishment.
Sophia, Alabama
Sophia was introduced to ONE by a friend at the University of Alabama. Her passion for ONE is best summed up by the organization’s cofounder: “Where you live shouldn’t determine whether you live.”
Matt, Pennsylvania
As a longtime ONE advocate, Pastor Matt works alongside other faith leaders to use their voices to advocate for life-saving programs.
