Stephan Exo-Kreischer is Executive Director at the ONE Campaign and Managing Director of The ONE Campaign gGmbH in Germany.
Stephan leads the organization’s work across Europe and has headed ONE Germany since 2016. He is a recognized expert in development policy, advocacy, and international affairs. With a career spanning advocacy, policy leadership, public mobilization, and strategic consulting, he brings deep experience in advancing international cooperation and shaping debates on Germany’s and Europe’s global role.
Before joining ONE, Stephan served as a Senior Consultant at SEEK Development and led the Berlin office of Welthungerhilfe, one of Germany’s leading anti-hunger organizations. Earlier in his career, he worked as Campaign Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières and as Assistant to the President at the Carnegie Council on Ethics and International Affairs. He is a regular commentator on development cooperation, global security, and the importance of linking development, stability, and long-term prosperity.
