Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

Kim Lundgren is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at the ONE Campaign, where she leads global brand, creative, and communications. Working with the global and market teams, she is responsible for elevating the organization’s visibility, engaging stakeholders from citizens to policymakers, and driving impact for ONE’s mission to advance economic opportunity and healthier lives in Africa. 

Before joining ONE, Kim held marketing roles across nonprofits, start-ups, major corporations and global agencies—serving as Executive Director of Marketing Strategy at Accenture Song, Chief Marketing and Brand Officer at San Francisco Ballet, and Head of Marketing for the women’s health company Infertile AF. She has also led P&L operations as President of Greenberg Strategy (now Material), launched the Orbitz brand and ushered Crate & Barrel into the digital world. 

Passionate about conservation, health and the arts, Kim serves on the board of Rainforest Trust, advises Springboard Enterprises in support of women entrepreneurs in tech and life sciences, and is a board advisor to Ballet Sun Valley

Kim holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
