Kate is Managing Director of (RED), where she provides strategic and creative leadership across the organization, advancing (RED)’s commitment to the Global Fund. As (RED) enters its third decade, Kate is leading the next phase of (RED)’s impact—accelerating the fight against preventable and treatable diseases by mobilizing the brands, partners, and fans to raise awareness, generate funding, and inspire action where it matters most.
Kate’s work is recognized for bridging data-driven insight with purpose-led creativity, earning honors including a Cannes Lions, an Effie Award for Social Good, and AWNY NextGen Leader recognition. Prior to joining (RED), Kate was Managing Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at OBERLAND, a purpose-driven ad agency that was ranked #4 in USA on Fast Company’s most innovative brands list in 2025.
Beyond her executive work, Kate is a founding member of Chief, a private network for senior women leaders, and a member of IMAGINE, a sustainability community founded by Paul Polman. She serves on the board of Child Arise and has held advisory, mentorship, and leadership roles with organizations including Colours of Connection, Fresh Air Fund, and New York Cares.
