Scott Cullinane joins ONE as Director, US Government Relations. Most recently, Scott worked as the Director of Government Relations for Razom for Ukraine, an American non-profit dedicated to a prosperous and democratic Ukraine. In that role Scott advocated for Congress to pass aid for Ukraine, including the $61 billion 2024 supplemental package.
Prior to working for Razom, Scott was the recipient of the 2021 Helmut Schmidt Fellowship hosted by the German Marshall Fund in Berlin, Germany. That position commemorated the life, service, and legacy of Former Chancellor Helmut Schmidt.
Before moving to Germany, Scott served in various positions with the House Foreign Affairs Committee, including as Professional Staff Member for the Europe Subcommittee and as the Staff Associate for the Oversight & Investigations Subcommittee. In those capacities, Scott played an integral role in managing subcommittee hearings, planning congressional delegations, and coordinating legislative texts.
Scott lives outside Washington, DC with his wife and his beloved cat.
