Misty Uribe is the Regional Organizing Manager at The ONE Campaign, where she has spent 5 years building and empowering leaders to advocate for policies, expand economic opportunity, strengthen global partnerships, and create a more equitable future. She currently supports grassroots and grasstop organizing efforts across 16 states. Misty also serves as the lead for ONE’s Young Professionals Program, helping cultivate the next generation of leaders.
With more than a decade of organizing experience, Misty has led and supported advocacy initiatives spanning issue-based campaigns, electoral organizing, and grassroots leadership development. Before joining The ONE Campaign, she played a key role in gun violence prevention with Everytown for Gun Safety. She held roles in local and presidential political campaigns, mobilizing communities to drive meaningful civic engagement.
Known for her authentic leadership and commitment to people-powered change, Misty believes lasting progress is achieved when individuals are empowered to raise their voices and take collective action. She is passionate about cultivating diverse leaders and strengthening grassroots movements that create lasting impact.
