Minerva Saddler Gray leads partnerships and stakeholder engagement for ONE Campaign across North America, based in Toronto.
With over 20 years of experience in international cooperation and cross-sector partnerships, Minerva has built strategic alliances with governments, corporations, academic institutions, and civil society organizations to advance policy goals and drive community impact. She specializes in designing engagement frameworks, cultivating institutional relationships, and convening diverse stakeholders to create lasting change.
At ONE, Minerva has established partnership policies, launched public engagement initiatives, and directed large-scale convenings that bring together leaders from government, corporate, and community sectors. Her work focuses on building authentic coalitions and amplifying marginalized voices in policy spaces.
Throughout her career, Minerva has held senior leadership positions in international development organizations, working across complex political environments to mobilize resources, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable impact.
Minerva has lived and worked in Canada, the United States, South and Latin America, Africa, and the Caribbean. She is a member of Canada’s African diaspora and brings deep commitment to advancing equity, justice, and transformative partnerships in her work.
When she’s not building value-creating partnerships, Minerva enjoys baking and long hikes with her family.
