Elizabeth Hoffman is the Executive Director for North America at ONE. She has extensive experience in government relations and international policy.
Before joining ONE, she was Director of Congressional and Government Affairs at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where she led initiatives to enhance Congressional engagement. She also served as Director of Government Relations at the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), managing Capitol Hill and executive branch relations, as well as the budget process.
Elizabeth spent two years as Senior Professional Staff Member on the House Committee on Homeland Security and has held several roles in the House of Representatives focused on foreign policy, national security, and human rights.
She also worked at the George W. Bush Institute, developing a leadership program for Burmese political leaders.
She holds an M.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University and a B.A. in Political Science from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
