EU-Africa High Level group launch of a new Africa Europe Foundation

ONE is a proud partner of a new foundation to drive progress in the partnership between Europe and Africa. These two continents separated by just 14km at their closest point have a shared history and a shared future in together tackling challenges of inequality, climate change, and poverty.

The Africa Europe Foundation, a partnership between ONE, Friends of Europe, The Mo Ibrahim Foundation, and the African Climate Foundation, aims to help shape political commitments and partnership towards the fight against poverty.

The Foundation will convene decision makers, conduct research, and broker new partnerships in the areas of Agriculture, Energy, Health, Digital, Transport, Climate Change; Youth; Gender; Education; Mobility; Small and Medium Enterprises (SMES); and Governance.
