With 28 years of work experience as a Parliamentary Assistant, Anthony has thorough knowledge of parliamentary procedure, public policy processes, and government relations. He has also participated in every federal election in Canada since 1984, when he first joined a political party at 18. He has spent several years as a TV, radio, and print commentator.
Born in Trinidad of Lebanese parents, Canada has been home for the last 45 years.
He was Co-Founder and Program Director of an institute on international relations focusing on helping non-governmental organizations with their government relations efforts and advancing an agenda of peace and disarmament.
Over the course of his career, he has built meaningful personal and professional relationships with Members of Parliament and staff from every political party in Canada.
Anthony has lived in Canada’s capital for the past 25 years. He speaks English, French, and Arabic and is an avid pottery collector.
