They committed a historic total of $14.25 billion to the Global Fund, with a few more countries yet to pledge. While this falls short of the $18 billion target, it\u2018s an impressive result and the most money ever raised for a multilateral health institution.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our activists have been working hard all year to make this happen \u2014 from taking over the EU Parliament and Times Square, to meeting with important stakeholders and more. Here\u2018s a look back at how they secured this life-saving investment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Our activists took action online\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From sharing quizzes on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/act.one.org\/survey\/gf-hiv-aids-quiz-2022\/?utm_content=blog_hivaidfacts\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HIV\/AIDS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/act.one.org\/survey\/gf-tb-quiz-2022\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tuberculosis<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/act.one.org\/survey\/gf-malaria-quiz-2022\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">malaria<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/act.one.org\/sign\/global-fund-handraiser-2022\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pushing petitions<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, our activists from around the world were able to promote the Global Fund and mobilize supporters far and wide!
