Today, the House of Representatives failed to answer that call when lives are in the balance.<\/p>\n<p>The President laid out a reasonable International Affairs budget with the power to create hope and stability for millions of people in the world&#8217;s poorest countries. America still has an opportunity to restore these cuts and lead the world in turning these life-saving promises into reality.
