He also founded and led a&nbsp;premium UK drinks&nbsp;brand with international distribution, giving him hands\u2011on commercial and operational leadership experience.&nbsp;Paul&#8217;s background includes multijurisdictional legal work and pro bono support for NGOs on climate, refugee rights,&nbsp;and economic development. A&nbsp;practising&nbsp;solicitor with an MA in International Relations from the Central European University, he brings a global perspective shaped by professional experience across EMEA, East Asia,&nbsp;and the United States.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul&nbsp;also serves on the board of Refugee Legal Support, a UK charity, and is a member of the Executive Committee of the International NGO Lawyers group.
