She has worked extensively across Africa, driving business growth, shaping policies, and galvanizing the next generation of leaders through her roles as founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/leapafrica.org\/\">LEAP Africa<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afchub.org\/\">African Food Changemakers<\/a> and Co-Founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sahelconsult.com\/\">Sahel Consulting<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/aacefoods.com\/\">AACE Foods<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/wealth4impact.org\/\">Wealth4Impact<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Okonkwo Nwuneli\u2019s global experience spans the private and nonprofit sectors. She served as the President\/CEO of the ONE Campaign, the pioneer Executive Director of LEAP Africa and started her career as a management consultant with McKinsey &amp; Company\u2019s Chicago office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Nwuneli serves on the boards of the Rockefeller Foundation, Chanel Foundation, Stanbic IBTC Group, and the Bridgespan Group. She holds an undergraduate degree with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, and a PhD from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town. Dr. Nwuneli was a Senior Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business &amp; Government at the Harvard Kennedy School, a visiting Scholar at Max Bell School of Public Policy at McGill University, an Aspen Institute New Voices Fellow, and an Eisenhower Fellow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Nwuneli is a TED speaker, was recognized as a Schwab Fellow and a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and has received numerous awards and recognitions, including a National Honor by the Nigerian Government and the Harvard Business School Distinguished Alumni Award.
