Just last night, Jon Stewart, beloved host of “The Daily Show,” announced that he would be stepping down as host later in 2015. After more than 16 years with this gig, Stewart told his audience that he was looking forward to having “dinner on a school night with my family, who I have heard from multiple sources are lovely people.”
We at ONE are long-time fans of Stewart’s sharp, witty and informative show and will greatly miss our 30 minutes spent on our couches with Stewart every evening. Though he is not going anywhere yet (thank goodness!) we couldn’t help but get nostalgic about some of our favorite segments from The Daily Show when ONE’s issues and Jon Stewart united forces…
