130 million girls around the world don’t have access to education. That’s a global crisis—we need to sound the alarm to our elected officials. It’s up to us to push them to mobilize resources and support key policy reforms that get these girls in school. That’s why we launched one of our biggest weeks of activism EVER, all culminating on International Women’s Day on March 8, 2017! United States:

Ella Marti delivered the Poverty is Sexist petition to Indiana Congresswoman Susan Brooks’s office.

Maryam Donnelly delivered the petition to New Jersey Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen’s office.

Tim Cofran, Chris O’Keefe, Roger Bourassa and Barry Weinstein delivered the Poverty is Sexist petition to New Hampshire Sen. Jeanne Shaheen’s office.
United Kingdom:
