Join the fight against extreme poverty

There is nowhere on earth where women have the same opportunities as men. Girls and women are denied equal access to bank accounts, education, equal paychecks, and an equal future. It’s true: Poverty is Sexist. We won’t end extreme poverty until we tear down all the barriers that stand in the way of girls and women everywhere.

ONE and Cargill are proud to partner and work together toward a shared goal: amplifying the voices of women who are striving for change and standing with them as we all work toward a world where everyone is equal. Together, we will advocate for policies that will improve access to education and lift women and girls out of extreme global poverty.

The new partnership will engage world-class storytellers to share inspiring stories of girls and women who are fighting for change on the front lines in their communities. These stories will serve to educate and inspire meaningful actions to achieve real results for women and girls in developing countries.

Empowering women is essential to strengthening families, communities, and society as a whole. While the need for progress is universal, it is most urgent in developing countries, many of which are highly dependent on agriculture.

Cargill’s generous support and dedication will enable ONE’s 9 million members to further amplify the fight for women and girls and push for policies that help the world’s poorest.

None of us are equal until all of us are equal. Together, we will amplify the voices of women around the world, bringing us one step closer to the end of extreme poverty.
