Tamika Cummings
General Counsel
Tamika Cummings is the General Counsel at ONE, managing ONE’s legal affairs and providing strategic counsel to senior leadership regarding the organization’s compliance and regulatory matters, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and general commercial transactions.
Tamika has dedicated her career collaborating with non-profits, global corporations, and entrepreneurs to advance innovative solutions to pressing social issues. Prior to joining ONE, she practiced as an attorney for the international law firms of Arnold & Porter LLP and Cooley Godward LLP. Tamika then transitioned to in-house counsel roles, advising both for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations, including The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. She most recently served as General Counsel of ideas42, a social impact non-profit design & consulting firm.
Tamika holds a B.A. in English from Spelman College a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a post-graduate certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania, Center for Social Impact Strategy, based in the school of Social Policy and Practice.
