As you may have read on the ONE Blog yesterday the body responsible for clearing television adverts for broadcast on commercial stations in the UK has refused to approve ONE’s new public service announcement, ‘The F Word – Famine is the Real Obscenity’.

We are very disappointed by the decision and we know that many ONE members feel the same.

But what do you think? Is our ad “unacceptable for broadcast within the UK”?

We really need to get our message out in the UK and raise public awareness about the impact of famine in Somalia. So the more noise we can make on this the more powerful our voice will be.
