Could you be the next winner of ONE’s $100,000 Africa Award?

Do you know an African organisation leading the way in fighting poverty?  They could be the winners of the ONE Africa Award 2013.

We’re looking for inspirational organisations who are making change happen, especially where that relates to any of the Millennium Development Goals. We’ll shine a spotlight on the finalists to help boost their profile, while the winner will receive  $100,000 to support their work.

Positive Generation won the Africa Award in 2012, an incredible organisation supporting the rights of people living with HIV / AIDS  in Cameroon.  This video tells their story.

One of our finalists was the Muliru Framers Conservation Group in Kenya, fighting to protect the last remaining rainforest in the country and boost the incomes of local farmers. Here’s their story.

If you know of an African organisation that meets the award criteria, tell them about the ONE Africa Award and encourage them to apply here today
