Annual Review 2021
The Annual Review summarizes our key achievements and impact. 2021 saw the rapid development and distribution of safe and effective COVID-19 vaccines. It gave the world some hope — but the unequal vaccine rollout dashed all chances of ending the pandemic for everyone, everywhere. In response, we campaigned for an equitable global pandemic response and a balanced global economic recovery. We also remained focused on our core advocacy priorities, including quality education for all children and the fight against HIV-AIDS.
Highlights of the year include raising awareness about vaccine access through our animated campaign, Pandemica; supporting the Global Education Summit; and reminding German politicians of their responsibility for global justice and sustainable development ahead of the election. The Annual Review also includes our 2021 calendar, where we provide a snapshot of the key highlights over the past year.
