Colleen Connors is ONE’s Chief Talent Officer, leading a team that drives human resource strategy and provides leadership and support on all talent matters. She serves as a strategic partner, employee champion and force multiplier. Colleen works collaboratively with colleagues on ONE’s culture, values and employer brand and oversees ONE’s employee experience and engagement, talent management, total rewards, employee relations, talent acquisition, HR policies and talent initiatives.
Prior to joining ONE, Colleen most recently served as the Executive Vice President, Global Talent for Porter Novelli, a public relations agency. Before that she was Porter Novelli’s North America Talent Leader, where she integrated talent functions to deliver more efficient HR solutions and to align with the organizational structure.
The mother of two daughters, Colleen lives in Washington, DC with her husband. Colleen is a former communications director, human rights campaigner and holds a BA in Political Communication from The George Washington University.
