What if you forgot everything you ever learned?

We wanted to see what a world without education would look like. So, we convinced a group of ordinary people to let us hypnotize them, to find out how they would handle losing their ability to read, write, and count.

Everyday tasks became impossible - even dangerous - to do. But the truth is, this is a permanent reality for million of refugee children today.

3.7 million refugee children are out of school. The impact of this is devastating, with children often forced to work and, in some cases, having to agree to child marriages in order to survive. These children have already lost their homes, let’s make sure they don’t lose their futures, too.

This September, our leaders will be meeting in New York to discuss the global refugee crisis - they need to put education at the heart of that conversation.

We stand together #WithRefugees.

Dear World Leaders,
Refugee children have lost their homes, but we can’t allow them to lose their futures. This September, deliver a concrete plan to provide quality education for all refugee children, with at least one million more children reached by the end of the school year.
