David Hong is a Policy Manager focusing on agriculture, food systems, and market-based approaches to poverty reduction. He joined ONE from Oxfam America, where he analyzed private sector work on food security and public-private partnerships. David has a masters in international development from NYU and a bachelors in operations management and economics from the University of Delaware.
