Dagfinn Hoybraten

Dagfinn Høybråten is the Chair of the GAVI Alliance Board and is the Secretary General of the Nordic Council of Ministers. Prior to these positions Mr. Høybråten held several senior positions in the Norwegian government. He holds a degree in political science from the University of Oslo.
