Charlie was the field operations manager at ONE. He managed the US campaigns team and ONE's grassroots advocacy in the US. There was not a “before ONE” for Charlie, as he first joined ONE in 2005 by founding a ONE chapter in Western Kentucky University and participating in the ONE Campus Challenge.
