LIVE WEBCAST: Hillary Clinton to announce US plans to achieve an AIDS-free generation

Today at 10:30 a.m., Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will commemorate World AIDS Day 2012 and unveil the PEPFAR Blueprint: Creating an AIDS-free Generation that provides a roadmap for how the US government will work to help achieve an AIDS-free generation. Secretary Clinton will be joined by Ambassador Eric P. Goosby, US Global AIDS Coordinator.

This is a particularly important announcement as PEPFAR is one of the US’ most important AIDS-fighting programs, and it is one of the programs that we’re asking Congress to protect in the FY2013 US budget.
