Since our first Spotify playlist was a hit, we decided to make a second one – this time, for our college student activists. We know that music is a powerful tool in getting social do-gooders in the right mindset to fight extreme poverty (it’s like our battle hymn!). Who knows, maybe it convinced you to sign up to be a ONE member at a U2 or Maroon 5 concert!
The ONE Campus’ 2012 Fall Music Playlist is a mix of old and new songs of all different genres crowdsourced by ONE’s fall interns. There’s classics like “We Are the Champions” by Queen, songs with inspirational lyrics like “World Hold On” by Bob Sinclar, and feel-good jams like “If You’re Out There” by John Legend. You don’t have to be a student to enjoy these songs, but we know they’ll make you feel motivated and pumped up!
In case you’re not familiar with Spotify, it’s free music service that you can download here. Click on the songs in the embedded playlist below to start listening at your computer. Don’t see the playlist? Click here.
What are some of your favorite songs that motivate you to take a stand and get involved? Comment to let us know and we’ll add them to our playlist!
