ONE Act a Week: ‘Like’ your regional ONE Facebook page

Action: 26. Time: 2 minutes. Level of difficulty: Easy.

Here’s a quick way to boost your level of activism at the local level: “Like” your regional ONE Facebook page to receive regular updates on ONE volunteer opportunities, training sessions and news in your area. It’s also the fastest way to get in touch with your regional field director (RFD).

So, do it now. Find your regional Facebook page in the list below, and leave your RFD (who manages the Facebook page) a nice message on the wall. Bonus points if you mention their name!
