Есть желание купить колечко с бриллиантом массой от карата, но осознаю, что это стоит безумных денег и мне не по карману. Но читала , что есть облагороженные бриллианты, которые ничем не отличаются от обычных, но стоят меньше в три раза. Кто-нибудь вообще держал такие в руках, они правда красивы ? Коллеги , посоветуйте , кто знает или сталкивался.

It's pretty clear how important it is for the UK to build on this and pass a similar law. It will be a big help for citizens in poor countries to ensure their governments are transparently spending money they receive on developing out of poverty.
