Happy Birthday, Nelson Mandela!
Today is Nelson Mandela’s 92nd birthday. We wanted to send him a special gift this year, so we recently asked ONE members to submit their picture and help us build a birthday card just for him.
And what a response we got! Thanks to all of you, this week we were able to personally deliver a card to Mr. Mandela’s staff in South Africa that was signed by over 27,000 ONE members from all across the world.

Wonderful! The concept of this card is really creative. In my opinion, this showed the diversity of the world (one of the things that Mandela talked about). Happy Birthday Mr. Mandela!

I think this photo is great! I have yet to find myself.
I did notice however, that the estimates of people are incorrect. There is 14,803 photographs used in this picture, and if you really spend a little time studying it, you will notice a lot (and I mean a LOT) of photos are repeated! So not sure how many different people are actually in this! But still…. it’s cool!
