Europe’s leaders are in the midst of crucial budget negotiations that will define levels of European development assistance, one of the important aid budgets in the world, until 2020. Cuts to these life-saving programs that have been proposed by some leaders would have a devastating impact on the world’s poorest.

Worried and concerned about these proposals, ONE spent 24 hours asking people across Europe what they actually thought about the EU aid budget. The message is clear: Now’s not the time for cutbacks – Europeans are supporting lifesaving development aid!

Great video. Showing how European citizens actually support EU aid when they are well informed about the great results.
