Event Description:
Join us as we celebrate World Food Day and the one year anniversary of the Action Center to End World Hunger with a dance party, Stand Up and Dance. There will be music, refreshments and the opportunity to explore issues of hunger and the Millennium Development Goals.

At 9:0...(more)0 pm, we will Stand Up and read the Stand Up pledge, in solidarity with the millions of other world citizens taking part in Stand Up & Take Action. We will also ask Congress to cut through the red tape and pass the Roadmap to End Global Hunger, a comprehensive national plan.
