Description: Have the mayor or local government sign a proclamation declaring your college or university's city a ONE City.
Reporting Requirements: Submit below with a description including city official contact information. Mail hard copy of proclamation to ONE.
If requirements call for photos and/or video, use the form below to upload photos to Flickr, and follow the directions below to upload videos to the OCC YouTube group.
Instructions for Uploading your video to the OCC YouTube Group:
Log into your YouTube account (sign up for an account at http://www.youtube.com if you don't have one already.)
Go to http://www.youtube.com/group/ONECampusChallenge and join the group.
Go back to your account page and upload your video. Make sure to provide a description with your school's name.
Once fully uploaded, add the video to the ONECampusChallenge group.
