Welcome to Western Kentucky University
WKU is working to Make Poverty History.
Last year WKU's Chapter of Americans for Informed Democracy rocked the nation when we led a successful win in ONE's first ever Campus Challenge.
In ONE Day we signed up more people, over 3000, to the ONE Campaign's declaration than any other campus in the nation and collected hundreds of letters to students' members of Congress.

Last year we received personal praise from Bono and became recognized as the "Most Globally Aware Campus" in the nation.
