The Campus Challenge runs from the Tuesday, September 16th, until Tuesday, April 7th. Along the way there will be hundreds of opportunities to score points - and each Tuesday, a new high-points "weekly challenge" will be announced by email.

Below are a couple of key Campus Challenge dates you should keep in mind.


  • December 1, Monday: World AIDS Day

  • December 3, Wednesday: Top 100 Schools Announced
  • December 7, Sunday: 10,000 points to the school with the best event around World AIDS Day, December 1st. Learn more here.
  • February 7, Saturday: Power 100 Summit in Washington, DC. Every year, leaders from the top 100 schools are brought to Washington, DC for an advocacy and organizing training weekend.

  • March 3, Tuesday: Top 10 Schools Announced.

  • March 31, Tuesday: As a final challenge, and to decide the winner, the top 10 point getting schools will work on final projects. Every registered Campus Challenge member can vote for which project they think is best and, in so doing, decide the winner.

  • April 3, Friday: Voting for on the final 10 schools ends.

  • April 7, Tuesday: ONE Campus Challenge 08-09 winner announced.
