Watch “Impatient Optimists” for 500 points

October 28th, 2009 at 10:47 am

Bill and Melinda Gates’ presentation aired live last night, but you can still earn 500 points for watching the video and telling us one thing you learned from it here.

“LIVING PROOF: Why we are Impatient Optimists” is a story of remarkable successes: living proof that U.S. global health investments are paying off. These investments have saved, improved and empowered millions of lives, and we’re just getting started. But we need your help in sharing these success stories in order to protect and increase American support for proven, effective and affordable solutions to global poverty and disease.

Watch the video, and think about how you can use success stories, and the Gates’ message of impatience and hope, in your Campus Challenge activities to build support for our global anti-poverty movement.
