A bipartisan sign-on letter urging President Obama to request a robust 2011 International Affairs Budget is currently circulating Congress. To help support and expand life saving programs such as PEPFAR, the Global Fund, and USAID, tell your representative to sign on to the Berman-Kirk letter before the November 25 deadline.
