The first set of numbers for next year's budget are out - the President's request for FY2013. Now it's Congress' turn to weigh in on the budget, and as they make tough decisions about where and what to fund, we've got to make sure they protect funding for poverty-fighting programs that save lives and help the world's poor pull themselves out of poverty – all for less than 1%.
