Sarah Jane is a senior policy manager at ONE and covers issues related to U.S. foreign aid, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, and the international financial institutions including the World Bank, International Monetary Fund and the African Development Bank. Before joining ONE, Sarah Jane was the deputy director for outreach and policy at the Center for Global Development where she was responsible for engaging the development policy community–especially Congress and development advocacy NGOs–in the Center’s research and other programs. She helped produce the Center’s book “The White House and the World: A Global Development Agenda for the Next U.S. President” and the accompanying policy briefs in the run up to the 2008 U.S. presidential elections. Sarah Jane previously worked at the U.S. Government Accountability Office and for InterAction, a coalition of 160 U.S.-based international development and humanitarian NGOs. Sarah Jane is a native of Napa, CA and holds a B.A. in the College of Letters (literature, history and philosophy) and the Department of Classical Studies from Wesleyan University.
