Lisa joined ONE in January 2009 to work on health issues with the policy team. Lisa comes to ONE from the Health Systems 20/20 Project at Abt Associates, Inc.. At Abt, she worked primarily on health financing, including National Health Accounts, in Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, and Vietnam. Before joining Abt, Lisa spent two years at the World Bank, where she worked on issues related to health financing and the global health aid architecture, as well as on the restructuring of the Bank’s strategy on health, nutrition, and population. Prior to joining the World Bank, Lisa worked on domestic healthcare financing and organization policy and research at AcademyHealth, and on international youth reproductive health and HIV/AIDS prevention at Family Health International. Lisa has an MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University.
