Tonight’s Munk Debates program will feature Dambisa Moyo and ONE Policy Advisory Board member Paul Collier, along with Stephen Lewis and Hernando de Soto. All four will be making their cases for whether or not foreign aid does more harm than good. In light of the controversy surrounding Moyo’s book Dead Aid this promises to be a very interesting and lively discussion.
