The end of a ‘Today’ show era
I just got back from the last day of our “Today Show takeover,” and what a great week it’s been. We really can’t thank our amazing volunteers enough for taking the time – and for setting their alarm clocks so early – to help us share our message with the 4 million folks who watch the Today Show every day.
So what’s it really like to be a part of the crowd? Well, here’s how it worked for me:
First we had to hail the cab…
Where we got to watch Taxi Tv. How cool!
We made it!
Man, those buildings are tall.
When we arrived, our ONE super volunteers were already there and ready to go. Amazing.
And even while Al was doing the weather…
Our volunteers were hard at work.
And they never, ever missed a beat.
Did I mention that Meredith was wearing some ridiculously high heels?
Here’s a shot looking into the studio.
And then a little bit of breakfast before we head off for the next event of the day.
We couldn’t have done this without all of you, so thanks again for making this such a big success!
