At the end of this year and at the beginning of a new decade, I want to once more thank all those who advocate AS ONE for the world’s poorest people. Whether you are paid staff or grassroots volunteer, each one of us have an enormous role to play in fulfilling the goals of our movement – the end of HIV/AIDS & extreme poverty in our world.
We may not always agree with each other but we will always remain united in our common goals and that unity will give us the impetus to work closely with each other until our movement is no longer necessary.
So, THANK YOU, ONE, for all that we do, on the national & on the local levels. I look forward to advocating & agitating with all of you in the new decade for a world free of HIV/AIDS & extreme poverty, especially in Africa.
I simply think that we all are wonderful & very effective together. Let’s keep the positive vibes going in the new year!
