LEADing the way out of poverty

CNN.com today has a remarkable video. It’s an interview with Sanyu Nakyeyune, an orphan from Uganda who brought up her two younger siblings after losing both of her parents to AIDS when she was only 10.

With the help of a program called LEAD Uganda, Sanyu was given the opportunity to study at a good school which has fostered her dream of becoming a doctor.
