just got back from malawi and visited with williams mother and uncle. it was truly amazing to see what a spark of imagination can create. williams family, which was prior to this, only able to have 1 growing season a year is now able to have 3. folks, william would not have had to wait 4 years if the information he needed was at his figure tips. imagine your life if you were not able to gain the access to the information to make your life better.

but william isnt the only story is this wonderful country, only 6 percent of the population have any access to energy. if you leave williams house and drive back to the main road between lilongwe and mzuzu, turn right toward mzuzu and soon you will enter the forest area, here you will see the effects that this lack of energy is having on the country and the world (forest are being cut and burned so that people can eat).

30 dollars a month for 12 months gives a a family the energy to light the bulb, heat the electric stove and STOP DEFORESTATION, not to mention all the added health benefits that come with it for the next 20 years or more, seems to me that all good business men and women can see the return on that investment.
