ONE’s Next Top T-shirt contest is live and iand our panel of expert judges will soon be reviewing designs — eventually picking the final three T-shirt designs that ONE members will get to vote on. So just who will be helping us pick ONE’s Next Top T-shirt?

Jonathan Adler

Jonathan Adler is an iconic potter, interior designer and purveyor of all things happy chic. His eponymous home décor company is dedicated to bringing style, craft, joy, and a general feeling of grooviness to your home. The company motto, “If your heirs won’t fight over it, we won’t make it,” reflects Jonathan’s commitment to impeccable craftsmanship and panache. Jonathan has also worked with Aid to Artisans, a non-profit organization which helps artisans in developing countries to make products for the American market.





Chalya Shagaya

Chalya Shagaya is a former model and currently works as an International Fashion Stylist, Consultant & PR manager. She has held several positions in the fashion industry, producing fashion shows and music videos. From Nigeria, Chalya also works with African designers like Deola Sagoe and Korto Momolu of “Project Runway”, as well as a number of African recording artists.








Melissa Liebling-Goldberg

Melissa Liebling-Goldberg is the Style Director for People.com and PeopleStyleWatch.com, overseeing the fashion and beauty content for the award-winning sites. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, she has also worked at Teen Vogue, NY Post and New York magazine. Since moving to NYC from her native Houston, Melissa has also created a clothing line and a jewelry collection.











Non-Format (Jon + Kjell)

Kjell Ekhorn and Jon Forss, from Norway and Britain respectively, have worked together as the creative direction & design team Non-Format since 2000. The duo now work together from studios in Norway and the USA with their design, illustration and custom typography being commissioned by clients including Coca-Cola, GAP, IBM, the New York Times, Nike and London’s Tate Modern.








Daughtry

Daughtry is a five-piece Grammy-nominated multi-platinum American rock band made up of Chris Daughtry, Josh Steely, Josh Paul, Brian Craddock and Joey Barnes. They are currently on tour across the US in support their latest No. 1 album, Leave this Town. In addition to their critical and commercial success, Chris and his band-mates have been active ONE advocates, traveling to Africa to raise awareness about the fight to end global poverty.








Sunook Park

Sunook Park is an Associate Professor of Graphic Design at California State University at Long Beach. He is also Founder and President of ANDLAB Inc., which specializes in cross-cultural brand development and has worked with Samsung, Speedo, Nike and the American Heart Association.











Aled Lewis

Aled Lewis is a prolific designer/illustrator based in the UK. He is most popular online for his clever designs on t-shirt contest sites like Threadless.com and Design by Humans. He started submitting his work on Threadless.com in 2006 and is now one of their top featured artists.











Jason Powers

Jason was taught by a First Grade substitute teacher how to draw Garfield’s face, which sent him down a life long path of image making. Markers turned into Macs, comic strips turned into Flash timelines, photocopied collages turned into an obsessive interest in graphic design and typography. A California native, Jason studied graphic design and video art at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA. Jason has held design positions at Tooth & Nail Records and AOL; he is currently an Art Director at JWT in New York City. He does it all for his wife, Christy, and young son, Max.
