I am concerned about HR 3962 as it is an obvious infringement on our 4th ammemdments rights--our right to privacy as the IRS would release our private income infomation to 3rd parties to then use it as a club against us (This is unreasonable search & seizure).

I also think that members of Congress who already have received contributions from, Planned Parenthood, which already receives our tax money should not be allowed to comment upon this bill as it is a conflict of interest. (Congressional members would then receive more money, via Planned Parenthood) from the demise of our youner brothers and sister, killed by an increased rate of abortion). Why is Congress giving money to an organization that is already making big profits? Congress should have a special new tax on them or at least we should investigate their putative racist policy of soaking minorities by targeting them with obvious advertising. Congress should investigate Planned Parenthood's contributions as they stand to gain much money from the increased abortion rates among the populace. Does Planned Parenthood give more money to candidates that they , in turn receive kick-backs, so that they can profit from more abortions? Please investigate. Thank you.
